In February of this year, I was able to join the Venture 2 Impact team to begin developing a strategic plan for the Herbertpur Christian Hospital's Anugrah Project for Children with Disabilities. Working alongside staff and stakeholders of the project we were able to identify gaps within their organization that are crucial for sustainable success. As a team, we developed a strategic plan focused on: rebuilding internal processes and infrastructure, building income streams, developing marketing and communications, and growing public relations. Recognizing the importance of this project, I have committed to work for Venture 2 Impact as the project manager for the implementation of the strategic plan with the Anugrah Project this summer.

Anugrah, a project within Lehmann Hospital in the north of India, does AMAZING work caring for children with disabilities and their families. This follow-up trip to my recent visit will allow me to accomplish vital work for Anugrah that they presently do not have the resources to carry out.
